Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
Packaging
Every Rockhound Road order is carefully packed to help protect your specimens during transit.
Because minerals are natural materials, some pieces may have delicate crystal edges or surfaces. While we package them with care, please inspect your order upon arrival.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if possible
We'll work with you to make it right.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
International Shipping
Currently, Rockhound Road ships within the United States only.
